You had me looking for the word geralizing in a dictionary... :)
Now, it has happened more than a few occassions that I've come across words that I had no clue about.... and this was one such moment. The dictionary bot came up with a blank face, expressing its helplessness. Looking at the results, I'm assuming you meant "generalizing".... clueless me couldn't figure that out sooner.. :)
Nothing like such amusing moments, thanks to IV, to bring cheer to an otherwise dark & gloomy day (well, mostly... in California a little overcast weather for about half a day can cause the much-feared Seasonal Affective Disorder (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/seasonal-affective-disorder/DS00195) (SAD) to some... :) )
And those feeling depressed.. perhaps the weather may have something to do with it... ?

Blacks, Latinos and even us Indians have reservation in the US. We get reservations right from Kinder garden, thru college and job opportunities. Many Federal govt. contracts are reserved for minorities and women.

Wait till next week-end. My 140 mailed to NSC on 11th April (why?? not sure) and received RN from texas. ND was dated 19th April. RD was 13th April.
Now # of applications are more so it can take more time but your RD will be maintained.

But the issue is they changed something last month (I need to search on that) and according to which 485 will be processed in two places NSC or TSC based on their I140 approval. As you know they keep changing the rule every month, it really hard to track all of these things.
Now # of applications are more so it can take more time but your RD will be maintained.

1) Contacted Senator/Congressman/Governor
2) Filled 7001 form for Ombudsman
3) Called USCIS 10 times in last 10 days and come to know that everything is cleared on my and wife applications.
4) Strange thing applied EAD on July 15th 2008 and got approved today august 12 2008.

This is a neat idea to draw worthwhile attention which at the same time won't cause any hatred. I'm sure most of us would like to act upon this.
Can one of core members talk to a florist and workout some kind of arrangement where if we call them and give a code and payment they would process the order with a pre-set message and delivery address. I'm sure we will have a large participation if we make the process simple for the mass.
Also make this a front page message.

First I like to thank you all those whose support me in this action of trying to eliminate the country and category based spillover usage. I see that there are lot of unrelated comments and discussions going on in this forum, let's not get ourself diverted and please focus on our mission to try to implement the usage of spill over visas based on priority date. There may be some unrelated comments still coming in, also some may discourage our actions, let's please ignore those, instead of responding (which just feeds them to write more).

when you are able to view the back side of the checks, could you please let us know if they have SRC or LIN for the receipt numbers? That would help lots of users here answer their question about what service center is processing transfer cases...

I was talking abut this from the past 1 year approx (going on the streets). Good that we have finally decided to get ourselves heard on those deaf ears.
I am in for SJ.
One more suggestion, even if we dont see too much gathering there we should not stop here & should keep doing this atleast every couple of months.

If we are worried about security alert maight be raised by flowers, then send just a 'Thank You' card.
Send 'Thank you' card to USCIS/DOS etc. as well as to media for not covering REAL issues and for the undue coverage the likes of Paris get.
